Terms & Conditions – Diwali Crochet Mela & Competition 2026
- Entry Fee: ₹200 per participant. The entry fee is non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
- Minimum Entries: A minimum of 16 entries is required for the full prize.
- Yarn: Yarn will be provided by the management team. Participants do not need to bring yarn.
- Crochet Hook: Participants must bring their own crochet hook.
- Competition Time: Participants will have 1 hour 30 minutes to create their crochet item.
- Design: Participants can create their own unique and creative crochet design using the provided yarn.
- Prizes: 🥇 1st Prize – ₹1,500/- 🥈 2nd Prize – ₹1,100/- 🥉 3rd Prize – ₹500/-
- Judging: Winners will be selected based on creativity, design, finishing, and overall execution by the management/judging team. The judges' decision will be final.
- Welcome Bag: A welcome bag will be provided by the management team to registered participants.
- Registration: Seats are limited and will be confirmed only after successful payment/registration.
- Venue: Venue details will be shared with confirmed participants after registration.
- Management Rights: The management reserves the right to modify event arrangements, timings, or rules if required.
