Welcome to The Crochet Knit. By using thecrochetknit.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them — we've kept them short and human.

1. Our products

Everything we sell is handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture, and size are part of the charm of handcrafted work, not defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may render differently on different screens.

2. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice; the price at checkout is final for that order.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets).
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our order-confirmation email.

3. Coupons & offers

Discount codes (like WELCOME10) apply only within their stated conditions — such as minimum order value and first-order eligibility — cannot be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Shipping & delivery

We ship across India. Shipping charges are calculated by zone and weight — see our shipping rates. Because each piece is handmade, please allow a few days of crafting time before dispatch. Delivery timelines from our courier partners are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Cancellations, returns & damages

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible.
• As handmade items are crafted per order in limited runs, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 7–10 business days.

6. Workshops & classes

Workshop registrations are confirmed by email with joining details shared before the session. Seats are limited and non-transferable. If we reschedule or cancel a session, you may choose another slot or a full refund of any fee paid.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate delivery information — re-shipping due to an incorrect address may incur extra charges.

8. Content & intellectual property

All designs, patterns, photos, videos, and text on this site belong to The Crochet Knit. You're welcome to share links to our work, but please don't copy, resell, or reproduce our designs or content commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We craft and pack every order with care, but our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
